Violin playing techniques

The violin belongs to the category of melodic instruments with singing characteristics. Therefore, how to produce a singing like, full and melodious sound on the violin is the most important issue in violin performance. In terms of violin playing techniques, there are various main basic skills.
Grasp the bow
Hold the bow with your right hand, with the tip of your thumb tightly against the spiral sleeve (bow root), and the other fingers holding onto the bow rod, so that the back of your hand forms a natural arc. Fingers need soft bending. The bow rod is located at the distal end of the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger (i.e. the tip of the finger), with the thumb facing the middle finger and the tip of the little finger easily placed on the bow rod, making it easy to adapt and move forward or backward (move forward when using the bow, and move backward when using the bow). Between the four fingers, they should be slightly close together and not separated separately, otherwise they will appear clumsy and unsightly.
Bow transport
Excellent performers can produce a myriad of sounds on the violin, depending on the different combinations of three factors: bow speed, bow pressure on the strings, and bow chord contact points. There are many bow techniques for violin, and the main ones are as follows:
① Split bow: play one note with one bow, and the note should be drawn clean and clear;
② Continuous bow: One bow plays many notes and is used in many music pieces, making it one of the most commonly used archery techniques;
